Join Faith Baptist Church for an outing to the historic Barchessa that was built in 1682 by the Pigafetta family of Venice. (This was the family of Antonio Pigafetta that circumnavigated the world with Magellan in the 1500's.) We will have a guided tour by the owner and hear some local history and then have hot chocolate and pastries at the church right afterwards. Date: Wednesday, October 30th Time: 15;00 (3pm) Where: We'll meet at the church. The Barchessa is right next door!!!
Come and hike the 4,444 steps with Faith Baptist Church and Calvary Baptist Church. Bring a sack lunch/picnic and enjoy the Italian Alps where the Venetians built a step/roadway in the middle ages to bring logs from the highland forests down to the Brenta river to build the ships that would be used to conquer and earn their title, "Queen of the Adriatic"" When? 25th October 2024 (meeting at 9:30am) Call or email for precise directions
